OhMyReward is a website that offers reward points for the purchases made from the online shopping mall. These reward points can be redeemed as credit.

Each online store will have different compensation rates. The rates of each online shopping mall can be checked on the OhMyReward web page. The rates of each online shopping mall cannot be altered due to the different policies of each mall.

Registration is done on the OhMyReward web page. Simply subscribe by entering the desired e-mail address and password. Please note that you can only have one ID per individual.

To earn cash back please follow these steps:
Log in to OhMyReward > Website Brand > Finished Shipping
*Cash back is automatically credited within two weeks*

Cash back service may not automatically be credited if:

1. OhMyReward was redeemed and added to shopping cart but payment is not processed right away.
2. Coupons and discounts were used from non-applicable websites.
3. Browser technicalities: Making many purchases from different brand websites under one browser window.
4. Not reapplying OhMyReward after internet connection was disconnected.
5. OhMyReward was applied to non-applicable third party sites.
6. Payments for multiple orders were made under one OhMyReward application. (OhMyReward must be redeemed once per each order)

When adding to the shopping cart and making payments, OhMyReward must be applied each transcation to earn cash back.

Tax, shipping costs, discounts, rewards points are not applied to the reward points earned. If you have any questions regarding the cash back service, please have your purchase receipt ready. You can contact the Customer Service Center or inquire through the 1:1 forums page for help regarding this issue.

You can cancel your subscription by contacting the Customer Service Center or by inquiring on the 1:1 forums on the OhMyZip page.
Please note that once cancelled, your OhMyReward points will disappear and they cannot be refunded once the account is cancelled.
